SparkIIT (SPARKIIT EDTECH LLP) offers live online training programs. Everything you buy from us is delivered digitally, so nothing is shipped to your address. This page explains how and when you get access after you pay, what you receive, and what to do if something doesn't arrive.
This policy applies to all payments made through our Razorpay payment pages on sparkiit.net, including slot booking, registration, full registration and the Career Pass.
1. No physical shipping
SparkIIT does not sell or ship physical goods. Our programs, learning materials and certificates are all provided online. You won't be charged any shipping or delivery fees, and you don't need to give us a postal address.
2. Payment confirmation
Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. Once your payment is successful, Razorpay shows a confirmation on screen and usually sends a receipt to the email address you entered. Please keep your payment ID, as it helps us find your payment quickly if you contact us.
Paying a slot booking amount reserves your seat in a batch. That amount is adjusted against your program fee.
3. How and when you get access
After a successful payment, our team sends your access details by email and/or WhatsApp:
- within 2 working days of your payment, or
- before your batch starts, if you paid earlier than that.
Live sessions run online. We may use third-party video or meeting tools, and the links you need to join are included in what we send you.
4. What you receive
Depending on your program and payment type, your access details can include:
- your batch schedule and start date
- links to join live sessions
- learning materials, and session recordings where these are shared with enrolled learners
- the program brochure and syllabus (you can also view these any time on our programs page)
- for Career Pass learners, details of career support such as resume reviews, mock interviews and guidance sessions
5. Certificate delivery
Certificates are digital. We issue your certificate within 15 working days of you completing the program requirements, and send it to you by email or WhatsApp. Employers can ask us to confirm a certificate through our verify certificate page.
6. Keep your contact details correct
We can only deliver access to the email address and phone number you give us. Please:
- double-check your email and WhatsApp number when you pay or apply
- check your spam, junk and promotions folders for our emails
- let us know quickly if your contact details change
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect contact details, but we will always help you sort it out once you reach us.
7. If you haven't received access
If 2 working days have passed since your payment (or your batch is about to start) and you haven't heard from us, email support@sparkiit.net or use our contact page. Include your name, the program, your payment ID and the email or phone number you used, and we'll resend your details.
For cancellations and refunds, please read our refund policy. Our terms and conditions also apply to every enrolment. This policy is governed by Indian law, and the courts of Tripura have jurisdiction.
