2. Course Content Satisfaction:

We aim to deliver courses that exceed your expectations. If you believe the course content does not match its description or if you face technical issues, please contact us at support@sparkiit.net within 7 days of enrollment. We will work to address your concerns and offer the best possible solution.

3. Internship/Job Placement Disclaimer:

We offer assistance with internship and job placements as part of our program. However, we do not guarantee job or internship placements as they depend on your performance, skills, and market conditions.

4. Technical Requirements:

It is your responsibility to ensure that your device and internet meet the necessary technical requirements for accessing our courses. We are unable to provide refunds for technical issues on your end.

5. Refund Approved:

If refund is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

6. Course Cancellations by Spark IIT:

If for any reason Spark IIT cancels a course, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund for the course fee.
